After receiving your order, we will send you the questionnaire and urine test strip with instructions. You can get your blood pressure and weight from your local pharmacy. You can read the urine stick using our chart and instructions.
We perform the computer analysis for you at our office and send you the results printer in color in a 3-ring binder by mail.
