Nutritional microscopy is a method of evaluating blood while it is biologically active. Blood is obtained by the “finger-stick” method under sterile conditions and observed using a microscope and video monitor. There are many cells and substances that can be seen in biologically active blood, including lipids, indicators of bowel toxicity, liver, kidneys, intestinal candida abicans (yeast) overgrowth, etc. Intestinal candida overgrowth is responsible for many health disorders. People with candida albicans in their blood are usually labeled with chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and a host of other disorders.

Many people suffer from high blood pressure without knowing it. High blood pressure is an important warning sign that there is a problem with the cardiovascular system.
Urinalysis can indicate high water intake, anemia, bile deficiency, dehydration, antibiotics, Vitamin A, B supplements, fasting, high fever, bile pigments, hemoglobin, medications, diabetes, liver dysfunction, biliary obstruction, fasting, carbohydrate starvation, vomiting, diabetes, diarrhea, excessive alcohol use, renal dysfunction, menstruation, infection, strenuous exercise, exposure to excessive heat or cold, metabolic alkalosis, infection, high alkaline ash diet, metabolic acidosis, excessive stimulants (caffeine, alcohol, drugs), excess protein in the diet, emotional stress, high fever, hemolytic anemia, pernicious anemia, sickle cell anemia, bacterial infection, or high Vitamin C intake.
Low daytime core temperature is a sign of slow metabolism. This may be a critical factor for those who have difficulty loosing weight. Weight-loss is a really tricky business. If a patients' test reveals a slow metabolism, which is often the case, they are given a "get out of guilt" pass.
